Photolab Digital collects pre-owned photographic minilabs from different countries around the world. All of these machines are then sent to the Photolab Digital factory. It is here the minilabs will undergo an extensive refurbishment process as detailed below:

First, the minilabs will be completely stripped and taken apart. All panels, covers and frames are then thoroughly cleaned.

The next stage involves the panels and frames being treated with anti rust chemicals before being spray- painted.

All mechanical parts will be checked, cleaned, lubricated and if necessary replaced (for example keyboard sheet, gears, bearing, rollers etc.)

After re-assembling the machine, it is then transferred to the testing section for further evaluation. At this stage our certified and highly trained engineers and technicians will run the machine with water or chemical and test all the electrical components to ensure the overall system operates.

Our packing and crating department will ensure that all our minilabs will be carefully packed.

This will ensure that when the equipment is shipped overseas it will not be damaged during transportation. A variety of packaging options are available, depending on the specific needs of the customer.
